Why do I need to register? What forms do I need to complete?

If you are working as an engineer or geoscientist in the Province of Saskatchewan, or are working on a project or property located in Saskatchewan, you are required to be registered with APEGS. For an overview of the registration process, please refer to the Registration, Overview Web page.

If you have have not previously registered as a professional engineer or professional geoscientist in another province or territory in Canada, you need to complete the engineer-in-training or geoscientist-in-training application process. Please see the appropriate Web page under Registration.

If you are a professional member in another provincial or territorial Association, please go to the Professional Member Web page under Registration.

If you are a Professional Engineer in the United States, please see the Temporary Licensee Web page under Registration for registration alternatives for US applicants.

Completing Your Forms

Print the applicable form(s), complete and sign them, enclose the required fees (do not mail cash), and mail them to APEGS. Fees may also be paid by Visa, MasterCard or Interac. Visa or MasterCard payments may be processed over the phone, simply include instructions on the application form to phone you for your credit card number. Fees may be paid by Interac in person at the APEGS office.

For your own records, you should keep a copy of any forms you send in.
